Soul Path: An Ayurvedic Exploration of Purpose

Drawing on Ayurvedic philosophy, participants will explore how purpose (Dharma) is supported by material stability (Artha), pleasure and vitality (Kama), and spiritual fulfillment (Moksha). Each week focuses on one pillar, illuminating how our material lives can serve our spiritual reality.

Overview

This four‑week experiential group invites participants to explore their soul’s desire for purpose through the lens of Ayurveda, the ancient science of life. Rooted in a spirit‑based framework, the series offers structure, reflection, and practical tools for those who find themselves questioning why they’re here and how to live in greater alignment with what matters most.

At any stage of life, moments of transition, loss, growth, or curiosity can prompt deeper reflection. Some people arrive with a long‑held calling; others have followed what was needed to survive; still others feel pulled in many directions. Wherever participants begin, this group honors the wisdom of taking stock and provides a grounded, supportive framework for doing so.

Drawing on the Ayurvedic Purusharthas, or the four pillars of a meaningful life, participants will explore how purpose (Dharma) is supported by material stability (Artha), pleasure and vitality (Kama), and spiritual fulfillment (Moksha). Each week focuses on one pillar, illuminating how our material lives can serve our spiritual reality.

Each session will begin with a short meditation to ground us in sacred community.  We will focus on one aspect of the four pillars, incorporating journaling and group discussion, and leave with additional prompts and practices to deepen your understanding of the theme and enhance your individual reflections.

What can I expect to leave this series with?

Throughout this four-part series, you’ll be invited to challenge your perspectives and practice techniques that deepen your understanding of yourself and your purpose. This process helps you uncover deeper layers of who you are, clarifying what matters most, exploring new questions, and developing practices to stay grounded and centered. Ultimately, you’ll leave with tools and insights that guide you back to your own inner wisdom, again and again.
