About Me

A smiling Stacy in the forest, standing in front of a large tree with sunlight filtering through the leaves.

As a clinical social worker, I’ve spent many years supporting people as they confront and heal from trauma.

After a serious cancer recurrence in 2023, I stepped back from my practice to focus on my own healing—both physical and emotional. During that time, I was introduced to Ayurveda by my Reiki teacher and felt called to dive deeper, enrolling in the 200-Hour Ayurveda Integration Program at the Ayurvedic Center of Vermont. I was fascinated by the ancient scientific perspective in understanding health and disease, but I didn’t anticipate how profoundly the experience would move me spiritually.

Exploring the principles of Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksha invited me to look at my life through a new lens. I realized that for years, I had been following the path I thought I should be on, rather than truly listening inward. Slowly, I began to live from that quieter, inner guidance—moment by moment, breath by breath.

Not a natural meditator, I found grounding and reflection through tarot. Drawing a single card became a daily practice of contemplation, offering perspective, comfort, and insight during moments of uncertainty and grief.

I believe healing happens when we listen to our bodies, honor our emotions, and trust the quiet wisdom within us. Whether you’re looking for clarity, support, or a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you, I’m here to hold space for your process.

I’d love to join you on your journey.

My Training and Approach

As I return to therapeutic work, I bring all of these threads together—clinical training, lived experience, and spiritual practice. I can no longer separate them. These integrative practices have been a meaningful and transformative part of my own healing, and I’m honored to share them with others.

My background blends traditional and holistic practices. I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), sandtray therapy, Reiki II, and Ayurveda. These approaches help people deepen their self-understanding, reconnect with intuition, and find relief from stuck patterns.

My intention is to hold compassionate, attuned space, guiding sessions based on your individual needs and preferences, as well as the wisdom we both bring into the room. In whatever capacity we’re working together, I honor your personal, cultural, and spiritual beliefs and experiences, and I welcome open conversation about how these factors shape our relationship and your healing process.

Whether you’re drawn to a traditional trauma-focused approach or wish to weave in alternative practices, we’ll create a way forward that feels right for you.

My Services

  • Calling on the wisdom of Ayurveda, we’ll explore your purpose, or more deeply, your soul’s reason for being, as well as the material elements that support that (health, finance, pleasure & joy), which ultimately lead to spiritual fulfillment.

  • To me, the difference between therapy and coaching is the ability to come to an authentic conversation between two humans, without the arbitrary barriers and external pressures that arise from insurance companies and licensing boards.

I invite you to come to this compassionate space with an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to listen to your inner voice, navigating your own challenges with greater ease, joy, and connection to spirit.

  • Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It's based on the idea that we all have an unseen “life force energy” that flows through our bodies. Reiki can be effective in reducing stress and promoting healing by encouraging a healthy flow of energy.
