Coaching

A wooden boardwalk running through a forest with trees and green foliage.

I invite you to come to this compassionate space with an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to listen to your inner voice, navigating your own challenges with greater ease, joy, and connection to spirit. We can learn to understand our body’s cues, our subconscious nudges in a direction, our intuition’s ways of communicating with us, recognizing our deepest needs and building trust in ourselves to meet them.

Types of Coaching

Soul Path

If you’ve participated in the group and would like to continue your exploration of your dharma, I will gently guide this independent self-reflection to expand on group program concepts and dive deeper into your personal journey.

Cancer

Anyone who has a cancer story to explore is welcome to bring that to this space for unpacking, releasing, and creating meaning. We can use therapeutic modalities to clear trauma from your experience, or explore what meaning and gratitudes exist within this experience.

Other Topics

Including family and romantic relationship dynamics, body image, life transitions, menopause, and trauma.

How is coaching different from therapy?

To me, the difference lies in the space we create together. Therapy often focuses on healing the past and understanding how old patterns shape the present, while coaching tends to emphasize growth, alignment, and moving forward with clarity and purpose. In practice, our work may weave both, guided by what feels most supportive for you.

I very much value the freedom coaching allows: the ability to engage in authentic conversation, to follow intuition, and to include energy-based or alternative practices when it resonates. This flexibility opens space for deeper connection, creativity, and self-discovery, without the constraints that can come from clinical systems or diagnostic requirements.

For those who prefer a more traditional therapeutic process, we can draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based approaches to build capacity for healing and relief from anxiety, PTSD, grief, or other challenges.

However we structure your sessions, our work together will be rooted in presence, curiosity, and trust in your own unfolding.

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are typically an hour in length, longer if energy work is included. I focus on intention-setting, connecting to strengths and building coping skills, as well as addressing any stuck energies or traumatic material that might be getting in the way of living a fulfilling life. Sessions can include the use of tarot cards, reiki, or Ayurvedic herbalism and daily practices. Or, they can look just like traditional therapy if that’s your preference.
